Tropik Travel & Tours reserves the right to amend and/or give notice to any significant changes at the time of booking and recommend that you undertake a level of independent research or speak to one of our trained sales advisors should you wish to clarify any information regarding our services.

All excursions are in compliance with the International ISO operating requirements

Tropik Travel & Tours accepts no responsibility for allergies and/or dietary needs of our clients. If you have any restrictions or special needs to your diet  please let us know at the time of your booking and we will try our best to accommodate you, without a guarantee.

By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read these terms and conditions and agree to them. Except stated otherwise, these booking conditions only apply if you book directly through Tropik Travel & Tours.

Where holiday products or services are booked directly with Tropik Travel & Tours as the principal provider, your contract will be with us and our full booking conditions apply. Further conditions may be supplied by our excursion partners and together these make the ‘conditions of contract’ and constitute between you and Tropik Travels & Tours.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Rates and Pre-Booking:

• Rates are quoted nett, in Euro, and are subject to change without prior notice, in circumstances beyond our control. 
• Pre- booked Excursions – Rates quoted per person, per excursion. 
• Pre-booking Rates have been quoted nett, and are valid up to 21 days prior to excursion date, with discounts calculated on those services provided by Tropik Travel & Tours only, as we have not been able to commission sub-contracted services such as inter-island flights, meals, entrance fees, etc. 
• Private Excursions – Rates quoted per person/per service, per excursion.
• All excursions are subject to sudden change of weather, Tropik Travel & Tours undertake to re-schedule the tour, offer an alternative excursion of similar value or effect of a full refund.
• All applicable Entrance and/or Landing Fees, as well as return hotel transfers and English/French-speaking Guide are included for full-day tours. Return transfers are also included for the multi island excursions.
• Not included is lunch, which can be organized with various restaurants and hotels. Please note that the bill is settled directly with the restaurant or hotel and not through Tropik Travel & Tours.
• For clients originating from the main islands who wish to book Private Guided Tours to other islands the following transfers will have to be added in addition to the private excursion rates, Land transfers from Island of main accommodation (hotel) to jetty/ domestic terminal and return. 
• Clients who wish to have private inter-island transfers either by flight or boat can contact us to book a charter plane, helicopter or boat. 

Other useful information:

• Any charges, such as for a cot in the room or food for the infant, are to be paid by you, directly to the hotel, unless expressly stated otherwise. Infant airfares are based on an infant sitting on an adult’s lap and additional charges will apply for infants requiring their own seat. There is no entitlement to a separate seat on an aircraft if the flight is full. International airline regulations allow only one infant per adult. Some excursions or activities, owing to their lack of special child or medical facilities are also not suitable for very young children but we would be happy to advise which hotels or attractions we think suit your requirements best. See the relevant pricing information for any specific minimum age restrictions that may apply.

• If you are travelling with young children, it is important to note that child seats are not provided for transfers. If you specifically require a car seat, we advise you to either take your own with you, or call our Sales team, and we will do our utmost to try and arrange this for you – there may well be an additional charge for this.
• Most of our tours are not suitable if you have any disability or have reduced mobility (including being confined to a wheelchair). Therefore, in the interest of safety and comfort for all groups as a whole, you must be fit enough to participate or alternatively you must have an able bodied carer to assist you throughout the tour. Please note that some of the featured touring itineraries may involve early starts and long days, with substantial travel between featured sites and destinations. As vehicle and road standards may not be comparable to that of the country of origin, please keep this in mind when considering any personal health concerns, as well as your general comfort.  

• Experiences which do not form part of your package: Tropik Travel & Tours are also able to offer assistance and reserve certain experiences and activities for you, In certain circumstances, we may charge as part of the package if requested in advance and in other cases, we only act as a booking agent for the operator of the excursion or activity concerned. Your contract will therefore be with them and it does not from part of your contracted holiday arrangements with Tropik Travel & Tours. The contract will be subject to the local operator’s terms and conditions, some of which may exclude or limit its liability to you.
• Local festivities may temporarily disrupt your holiday and some religious holidays may result in a reduction of facilities and entertainment. Regional festivals and events may also take place throughout the year. They can be somewhat chaotic but are generally great fun to be a part of.  You should research your desired destination, if you have concerns about what impact these may have on your holiday. Please contact us and we will be happy to supply more detailed information.
